Beaufort Engineering Services is a Veteran-Owned Small Business providing full architecture, engineering and construction services. Since 1976, BES has provided all services for numerous Department of Defense and government agencies throughout the Southeaster U.S. We are dedicated to providing the nation's leading integrated design and construction services while emphasizing green and sustainable technologies. Our in-house staff of professional architects, multidisciplinary engineers, and construction managers enhance project coordination, enabling us to meet our client's needs from conception to completion. We staff certified LEED Accredited Professionals, Green Globes Professionals, and Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification personnel.

William Walter Bolton
Mechanical Engineer, PE
Wm. Walter Bolton has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Multidisciplinary Program Certificate in Bioengineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts from Oglethorpe University. Mr. Bolton served as an Officer in both the Infantry and Intelligence Branches of the Army. Mr. Bolton has 20 years of experience managing and providing mechanical engineering on a wide-range of design and construction projects. His background includes successfully managing and coordinating 5 multi-year, multi-million dollar IDIQ contracts. Mr. Bolton is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in thirteen Southeastern states in the U.S. He is also a Licensed General Contractor (GC) in Alabama and South Carolina, a Certified Green Globes Professional (GGP), and a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C).
