Walter Bolton has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Multidisciplinary Program Certificate in Bioengineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Arts from Oglethorpe University. Mr. Bolton served as an Officer in both the Infantry and Intelligence Branches of the Army. Mr. Bolton has 20 years of experience managing and providing mechanical engineering on a wide-range of design and construction projects. His background includes successfully managing and coordinating 5 multi-year, multi-million dollar IDIQ contracts. Mr. Bolton is a Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in thirteen Southeastern states in the U.S. He is also a Licensed General Contractor (GC) in Alabama and South Carolina, a Certified Green Globes Professional (GGP), and a LEED Accredited Professional Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C).
